About the Role
The Customer Service Retail Sales Associate is the first connection the customer makes to LUCID. You provide the LUCID Experience that reinforces our brand and furthers our reputation. You are here to connect to our customers, allow them to be seen, feel a connection and provide them with the best products available to them.
Probationary Period: 3 months
Performance Review: 3 months / quarterly / annually
Full Time: 4-5 days a week, 36+ hrs
Part Time: 3-4 days a week, 30- hrs
Employment Status: Full & Part Time
Compensation: Hourly base rate, plus tips
Benefits: Vacation Days: 5 PTO Days (Accrual Basis), Sick Pay 40 = 1

Station Management
-Inventory Station Counts
-Inventory Station Restock
Display Support
-Fresh Flower Swaps
-Display Card Audits
-Display Flower Arrangements
Cleaning Support
-Store and Station Sanitation
-Store and Station Cleaning & stocking
