About the Role
Why this position exists at LUCID:
The Maintenance Tech is a key player in the support and functionality of all equipment used to support the customer interaction. To best service our customer, our tools and equipment must function consistently in their optimum ability. You support the success of our team and business but ensuring our equipment is at its best.
Terms of Service: 20-25 hours per week
Employment Status: Part Time
Location: Auburn, WA
Primary Area of Responsibility:
Inspect different equipment and perform any basic repairs or preventative maintenance when required. Tasks Include but not limited to: plumbing work, painting, flooring repair and upkeep, electrical repairs and heating and air conditioning system maintenance.
-Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment
-Performing preventative maintenance
-Handling basic repairs and maintenance
-Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary
-Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them
-Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary
Required Skills / Abilities:
-Proven maintenance experience
-High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
-Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
-Ability to work on machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts
-Ability to check blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary
-Experience performing routine maintenance
-Strong organizational and follow up skills
-Professional presentation and attitude
-Strong time management skills, disciplined and self-motivated
-Ability to early communicate with Guests and other Team Members
